After Departure Services

Our residential management services include a full inspection and cleaning of your property after you or your guests depart.

In more detail, our After Departure services include:

  • Cleaning the property and disposing of trash
  • Emptying your fridge from any perishable foods
  • Collecting and laundering towels and linen
  • Collecting any outdoor furniture or cushions and placing them inside the property
  • Checking and switching off all electrical appliances
  • Shutting and locking all windows and doors
  • Configuring your security alarm system

All you need to do is inform us of your departure day and we will take care of the rest.
